Our Call Centres serve all around the world and each country we operate has a dedicated call centre specifically serving in that country.

 

All call centre personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer incoming calls and provide recording and service routing according to the content of the calls.

 


The Call Centre records all transactions in CRM. Any faults and problems that may occur are quickly solved over the phone or our mobile authorized services will be contacted to solve the problem.


FUMANS controls and receives reporting of all call centre records. The companies that receive this service can also follow their own records and reports via CRM. FUMANS has Authorized Mobile Services in all countries that we operate and they can intervene 24/7 to solve problems and fix failures.
